Where are you right now?

Four routes through the book. Take the one that matches what you have today, not the one that sounds most advanced.

What it actually reads like

Success stories in this field are mostly marketing. Failure stories are mostly free, specific, and under-reported — which makes them the better education.

One paragraph from that chapter, exactly as it stands in the book. The rest of the text is free to read too — there is no paywall on the book, only on the PDF.

What the stack actually costs

Three rows from the pricing appendix, chosen because they are the three that move. Every figure is dated and sourced, and the vendor page outranks this one.

  • Discontinued frontier video product

    Never as your only provider

If it disappears: Two known paths (7.5)

  • ElevenLabs-class voice subscription

Posting a few times a week starts at $6

If it disappears: Any voice API

  • RunPod

A training run or batch needs a GPU

    If it disappears: vast.ai

Work out your own monthly number Appendix B

This is probably not for you if

  • you want something you set up once and leave alone (the cadence is daily),
  • you need income this month (the honest timeline is in part 1),
  • or you plan to skip disclosure (part 11 explains what that costs).

Why is there a paid edition at all

The web edition is the whole book. Nothing is held back, and nothing expires.

The PDF edition is for reading where there is no signal: one file, 433 pages, bookmarked by chapter, and it prints. If you read on a phone with a connection, you do not need it.

Edition 2026.1. The PDF is a snapshot of that edition, and it does not update itself. The text on this site does — every correction is dated and listed, and there are 2 so far.

Get one email when the PDF is ready

It is a mail to a human, not a form. Nothing is stored on the way, and there is no list to be on.
