This document is a draft. It describes what the site actually does today, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet, and it is not indexed while that is true.
Who is responsible
The publisher is ZORDON INTELLIGENCE SP. Z O.O., registered in Łódź, Poland: KRS 0001190915, NIP 7252358503, REGON 542545843. That company is the controller of any personal data described below. Write to hi@zordonintelligence.pl.
What is collected, and when
**If you just read the book:** nothing is collected by us. There is no account, no login and no analytics script on this site.
**Server logs.** The site is served by Vercel Inc. (our hosting provider). Like every web server, it records the IP address, the browser user agent and the timestamp of each request, so that abuse and outages can be diagnosed. We do not use these logs to identify readers.
**If you write to us.** Your email address and whatever you put in the message. This is ordinary correspondence.
**If you buy the PDF (when it is on sale).** The payment is processed by PayPal, which acts as a separate controller of the payment data. We never see your card number. We receive the email address you give PayPal and the order reference, because we have to deliver the file and answer complaints.
**Theme and reading position.** Your dark-mode choice and your reading position are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. They never reach us.
Why we are allowed to process it
Server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Correspondence: our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps taken at your request before a contract.
Purchase and delivery: performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), plus our legal obligations for accounting and tax records (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
How long it is kept
Server logs: as short as the hosting provider allows, for security and diagnostics.
Correspondence: as long as needed to handle the matter, then deleted.
Purchase records: for the period required by Polish accounting and tax law.
Who else touches it
Vercel Inc. — hosting and content delivery.
PayPal — payments, once the PDF is on sale. PayPal is a separate controller for the payment itself.
Our email provider — for the mailbox that correspondence goes to.
No analytics provider is used today. No mailing-list provider is used today, because there is no mailing list.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To use any of these, write to hi@zordonintelligence.pl.
If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO) or to the authority in your country.
What we do not do
No profiling and no automated decision-making that produces legal effects for you.
We do not sell data, and we do not share it for advertising.
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies.
Changes
Last updated 2026-10-14. If the site starts doing something new with data — an analytics tool, a mailing list, a checkout — this page changes before that thing is switched on, not after.
