How We Verify
Every number in this book carries a marker saying how much it can be trusted. This page is the contract behind those markers, the real count of how often they are used, and what the book deliberately does not claim.
The five markers
A chapter with no marker is either about method, or it is hiding something. When you meet a number with no marker and no date, be suspicious of it. That rule applies to this book first.
195 live uses across 72 of 85 chapter and front-matter files.
| Marker | What it means | In use |
|---|---|---|
[AS OF 2026-10] | Point-in-time. Prices and policies here rot fast — re-check before relying on it. | 100 |
[UNVERIFIED] | From a forum, a video, or a vendor. Not independently confirmed. Treat it as a lead, not a fact. | 80 |
[UNTESTED] | A procedure assembled from sources but not executed by the author. Expect a step to be wrong. | 9 |
[VENDOR CLAIM] | The tool's own marketing. The vendor profits if you believe it. | 6 |
[SNIPPET] | Read from a search result, not from the page itself. | 0 |
A marker defined and never applied is reported as unused rather than quietly dropped: every figure that survived into the book was read on the page, not in a search result.
What is not in this book
The limits are stated before the material, not after a complaint about it.
- No independent audit of platform figures. The subscription platform publishes its own revenue and creator counts, and nobody audits them.
- No retention or earnings benchmark. The first-hand figures are two accounts reported by their operators. Two accounts are a lead, not a sample.
- No tax, corporate, or immigration advice, and no localization of either — those belong to a professional who can see your facts.
- No income projection. Every table that converts a rate into a monthly figure is arithmetic on assumptions you supply.
- No model benchmark of our own. No controlled comparison was run, so no ranking is offered with numbers attached.
- No endorsements, affiliate links, or referral codes. The publisher sells books and a workshop, which is a commercial interest in this subject.
- No interviews. The four studies in Appendix F are reconstructions, and the composites are marked as such.
- No identifiable operators. First-hand figures are reproduced without names, handles, or identifying details.
How to verify a price yourself
Five minutes, and it is the only procedure that produces a number you can act on.
- Open the vendor's own pricing page Not a listicle, not a video description, not a screenshot inside a post. The page you can buy from.
- Read the meter, not the headline Per image, per second of video, per thousand characters, or per compute-hour. Then check whether a credit converts one-to-one into that unit — a plan priced in credits is priced in a currency the vendor controls.
- Find the terms that move the effective price Commercial-use rights, watermark removal, output resolution, storage, concurrency limits, and whether the commitment is monthly or annual.
- Record the date, the tier, and the meter In the quarter’s audit row. A price without a date is a rumor with a number attached.
- Re-check before any decision that costs more than an hour to reverse And re-check every quarter as part of the audit.
Reference date
Everything in this book that can move is dated, and the reference month is October 2026. Prices, model availability, platform permission, and regulator timetables after that date are yours to check.
None of it is legal, tax, or financial advice. The disclosure, rights, and data material in Part XI is a checklist written to be handed to a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
