The 14-day rule, and the exception

In the European Union a consumer who buys at a distance normally has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

That right does not apply to digital content delivered immediately, but only when two things are true: you gave your explicit consent to immediate delivery, and you were told that you lose the right of withdrawal by consenting. We ask for that consent before payment, in plain words, on the checkout step.

Without that consent the exception would not work, and every purchase would carry a 14-day refund right. That is why the consent is a separate step and not a line in the terms.

What we do when something is wrong

If the file will not open, is incomplete, or is not the file described on the PDF page, write to hi@zordonintelligence.pl. We will send a working file or refund the payment. This is our own commitment, not a legal obligation — we make it because a broken delivery is our fault.

Refunds of a working file

If you received a working file and simply changed your mind, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. Write to us anyway; we would rather solve it than keep money for something you will not use.

How a refund is paid

By the same method you paid with, through PayPal. The time it takes to appear depends on PayPal and your bank, not on us.
